Demise of the Selby Garden Railway
|
Only a little over two years since construction began on the Selby
Garden Railway, an unexpected house move has meant that the layout
has now been dismantled. However, that doesn't mean that our OO gauge Garden Railway Forum is under threat of closure but has
meant that it has now been transferred to its own website.
The Selby Garden Railway will be replaced by a new outdoor layout
entitled the 'Worsley Dale Garden Railway', the construction
of which will be fully documented on the
OO gauge Garden
Railway Forum. The Worsley Dale Garden Railway will continue my desire for
an outdoor model railway along which I can operate my collection of
model locomotives and associated rolling stock.
The OO gauge Garden
Railway forum includes examples of several 4mm scale garden
railways so if you have any interest in an outdoor garden railway
yourself then you are welcome to visit the forum and join in the
many discussions. |
